Small, fast, maneuverable. The Te-4 is a boat developed by Hideman that was made originally as a transport (Te-1) that could carry planes and tanks. Because of it's speed it developed into a patrol boat (Te-2) that had little armnament. Then designers realized that because it was originally made to be a transport that it could hold lots of weight (Te-3) and upgraded the Armnament to basically be a mini battleship. Now designers at Hideman have almost perfected the design and this is the final product. The Te-4 has radar for detecting enemy aircraft and enemy boats in fog, It's main weapons are the guns mounted on the front and its massive cannon in the back. It has rockets and torpedoes to strike hard and fast. It can reach speeds up to 200 mph but the trade is low armor. It has very thin armor compared to the Te-1. (NOTE: This is a fictional aircraft)
