Honoring Abbas Ibn Firnas

This is my first build as part of the story I’m working on. It has a small but important role in the story. At first, I didn’t want to build it because I thought it might not turn out well. But then I decided to include it because I wanted to honor the work of Abbas Ibn Firnas, a man who dreamed of flying long before anyone else.

I couldn’t find the exact size or weight of the glider he built. So, I tried to make it look as realistic as possible based on what I know about his design. It may not be perfect, but I hope you enjoy it.

This glider has no engine or power source. You’ll need to rely on the wind to make it fly, just like the real design.
