They are slow when deployed still, but they are fast if gain speed by aircraft and if you get a hit, then the target can be destroyed (it works on destroyers so you can 1 shot them)

Trivia:
• early fliegender Bombe are unguided, so basically you should aim above the enemy by close, but making it risky because it's near the enemy aa, this however use tv guidance (pitch and role control)
