I think it is time we should understand springs.
Here we have a set of shocks. I have constantly seen questions about springs. In response, I have created this. (starting left to right) On the left is a control, set at the lowest settings, marked purple. Next, there is a spring set at it's highest damper setting, marked blue. After that is a spring set at it' highest strength setting, marked red. Then a control set at it's highest settings, marked purple. Then a spring at a medium strength setting, marked red. Then a spring set at it's medium damper setting. Lastly, we have a control at it's medium settings. Moving the pistons around, you can tell a difference between the springs. For example, and as a request, you can tell that the lower the damper setting, the longer the spring bounces around for, possibly keeping that car on the ground, instead of the springs suddenly becoming stiff and flipping it over.
