The airplane I named myself after. It was a strategic bomber operated by the SAC. It was capable of flying to Europe and back with a nuclear payload. It had 10 engines: 6 propellers in pusher configuration and 4 turbojet engines. It served during the Korean War but was mostly used for reconnaissance since it could fly higher than most other interceptors. It's first flight was in 1946 and was decommissioned in 1959 to be replaced by the B-52 Stratofortress.
