Accelerate to 450+ mph, then pull up. What happens is he result of g-forces, which is similar to gravity, but pulling you in a different direction. Fighter pilots can experience up to 10 g's or 10 times the force of gravity (correction from earlier post). The colored things on the top sort of tell you how much force there is. Keep pulling up and you will get a supruise.
