The Sikorsky S-30 is an experimental model proposed by its engineer Igor Sikorsky to develop a fighter with negative wing and biplane. The design, despite being competent, caused losses in closed turns, momentarily losing flight stability. Nevertheless, a handful of S-30s entered into combat with the Russian army in the I World War.
