DAC's First Aircraft, the DAC-1 "Badger" was a mid-war fighter/light attack aircraft. It originally came with 2 .50 cal machine guns, and was relatively quick, however, it was passed in speed very quickly, and the limited firepower meant it became outdated very quickly. Tests post-war proved it was still able to beat some late war planes or super-props, but it depended on plane. The badger was one of the first US planes to employ a bubble canopy, which provided incredible visibility.
