Note: This creation is not meant to look good, it's only meant to be a demonstration of a technique.
So right now, me and my family are down at Ocean City New Jersey for our vacation, and we always see a bunch of planes with banners, and since we have the new parts, it gave me an idea. I used a winch to hold onto the banner, and a magnet to fasten it. That way, if you want to fly with the banner, you can use the winch! However, if you want to just fly the biplane, you can deactivate the magnet, and let go of the banner.
Controls: Normal aircraft controls, Deactivate AG-8 to release banner.

@ACEPILOT109 oh! Yeah, how it hangs is a bit more complicated. (I thought you were talking about it's looks) basically, all you need is a tiny gyro, and fine tune it into the banner so it stays upright. Then, you take a normal wing, and make it really big. Next, XML Mod the wing to be very small, so that it's size changes, but it's scale doesn't. Effectively, this creates a very strong wing that is small enough to fit into pretty much anywhere. All I did was fine tune the wing into the banner, so it gains lift as it's speed increases. If you want, I can give you one of those special wings if you're interested!

@ACEPILOT109 pretty simple actually, just some fuselage blocks is all it takes to get the nice look, and the white border/letters.
