Some information about this aircraft
The I508 was designed and manufactured by Yakran as it is made as a basis for the company's later versions of this aircraft. It bears the I (Interceptor) prefix as its main role would be medium-altitude interception, with the engine in the push-configuration behind an armoured airframe as a measure of protection against bomber turrets. It is armed with a 37mm cannon and 2 wing guns (Stock).
The aircraft has a long wingspan with twin booms, the engine is in a push-configuration and it's air-cooled, with the air scoop for the oil radiator at the bottom. The aircraft has a tricycle undercarriage with the foremost landing gear leg retracting backwards and swivelling up to 90 degrees into the wheel well and a pair of longer landing gear legs also retracting backward without swivelling.

Manufacturer's Note
This aircraft is more likely to suffer prop strikes during taxiing on the ground as the undercarriage doesn't give the propeller enough ground clearance and the front leg being "bouncy" for it to go through a ramp without damaging the propeller first. This can also happen during landing if the aircraft is descending at more than 2 degrees above attitude.
