Disclaimer: yeah, it doesn't look EXACTLY like original Samarai UAV. It would be really hard (if at all possible) to replicate it accurately because of it's unusual way of operating and certain limitations of the game mechanics.

Trim to compensate for rotation if needed
Yaw, Pitch, Roll as usual.
Best used with Orbit view, Camera 2 may cause motion sickness.

That has got to be the freakiest concept for a flying machine I have ever seen. This thing's also surprisingly somewhat controllable, and rather fun to fly given its quirky mechanics.
