A V-22 Osprey-style vertical takeoff and landing transport plane.
Group 1 to activate/deactivate "helicopter mode" controls, which includes rotor cyclic control and the motors that turn the rotors used for yaw control. After activating Group 1, throttle up and use the VTOL bar as the collective, to take off in helicopter mode
To enter aircraft mode, raise the trim bar to rotate the engines forward and use the collective as the "throttle". Use Group 1 again to deactivate rotor controls after entering aircraft mode.
If you want to use autopilot in airplane mode, the autopilot will center the VTOL bar and you'll lose forward thrust. For this reason, the rotor collective controls are bound to Group 8. Turn off Group 8 to lock the collective control before using autopilot.
I hope that in the future there will be alternate bindings to collective control for each rotor, so that roll control can be implemented better. Also, using alternate pitch control in each rotor to try to create yaw control doesn't work very well, which is why I have the two motors to turn the engines and create yaw control for now. Its slightly unstable and hard to use, but I'd rather not use a gyroscope for that.
