This particular model comes with two mobile-friendly missiles. Press activator 1 to fire them. Note that the throttle must be up to fire the missiles. Also note that active missiles will drain fuel from the ship. Deactivate activator 1 when the missiles have hit... Or missed their target.
Landing isn't very easy. Use a shallow approach, and watch your speed.
