To make your own custom sized wheels follow this guide.
(all angles are in degrees)
Step 1: First off the "Tire" sections are color coded, Green is 0, Yellow is 15, Orange is 30, Cyan is 45. From the closest Green piece.
Step 2: Work from the cyan pieces out pull it apart and keep the pieces but do not connect them, then orange, yellow and finally green.
Step 3: determine your wheel diameter, and tire thickness,now double the tire thicknes, then subtract that value as wheel as 1 from your wheel diameter to get the spoke length (the red pieces). Here have a formula, Tire thickness=T wheel diameter= D spoke length= S (S=(D-(2T+1))/2)
Step 4: Adjust all of the green, yellow, orange, and cyan pieces so that they are the correct tire thickness and width
Step 5:Attach the Green pieces to the spokes you removed them from, then re attach the yellow pieces to the green, then orange to yellow, and finally cyan to orange.
Step 6: make sure that the vtol nozzles are positioned properly, and add a hub cap if you would like
Step 7: ???????
Step 8: Profit

Could you make me one of these that is 1.5 blocks wide? I tried, but it didn't work.
@Puredeath I need a slightly special wheel, a near hollow wheel (only 2 horizontal pieces of structural wing to connect stuff to) made of structural wings which can have control surfaces added to them ( take a wing off one of my planes). It has to be relatively large.
