Lore: The TPV (Tracking Pod Version) model of the Hellbringer was developed after a complaint of “low visibility of ground targets” from pilots. Clover was considerate, and did a mandatory re-call of all Taranian Airforce MF-478s, installing a Tracking Pod from Helios Engineering themselves. Built to help pilots in locking other aircrafts. Cool story: On a mission with a Lykanian Osiris, a Ruskovian SU-57 “Felon” shot half of a wing off. The Hellbringer, still flying, used its maneuverability, got behind the felon, distracting it from the Osiris, letting him get the kill. It was an impressive display of team work, letting the Hellbringer live another day. Both the wings were replaced after.
