Story & Development:
With the Ariza Alliance face being threatened with the Helcion Republic’s FCB-290 HighAltitude Bombers. The need an Interceptor that could match it and be deployed fast but also a mutirole aircraft due to a large amount of there jets being lost in Offensive though ended victory had them lacking Air Force power, however it left the Republic in a similar position . The did however had a massive surplus of turboprops development of project Kitsune. They soon found that a single engine would be lacking cause the equipment and weapons that it would need carry to meet the requirements. With this mind two companies went to work that had expertise in turboprop aircraft Vixer provided the prototype the 4X9P and Telirino presented their PA-221, the 4X9P won out due the payload capacity being greater and speed and acceleration out classed the PA-221 by a wide margin. With that the 4X9F was put into full production with 15,000 being built. It excelled in all of its roles. Only 500 were lost and killed over 120000 enemy units in its service. It’s still used as trainer and recon, as well drones and as a testbed aircraft.
