This is the flying wing which was intended to carry the Ark of the Covenant to Germany in the film Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. It was created from Northrop archive designs to resemble a real German plane the Horton HO 229. The plane was build by Vickers and painted in the UK before being transported in pieces to the set in Tunisia. The plane never flew and was subsequently destroyed during filming. The controls are a little sensitive, particularly pitching down and on low graphics the wings may fall off when pitching down over 350 mph. Enjoy.

72.5k Authros@Elite8855 Just had a look actually but haven't got time today to make it fly. The problems are though, there is no air getting to the VTOL engines so the main body of the ship needs some intakes. Make sure the CoT is at the same height as the CoM also. The next problem is stabilising the yaw. No advice on that one yet but will have a look tomorrow.9.7 years ago
