PalCoInc has converted a civilian plane into a rescue plane! With modifications to speed, weight, and handling plus a few others the C-1 has become an excellent aircraft for Coast Guard Forces. The main feature of this craft is a gyroscope to provide stability on the water. The gyroscope also assists take-off and allows the plane to recover from stalls. It is activated by 8. It is a small one seat single engine plane whose purpose would be to recon large expanses of water, looking for people in danger, and then call for help from other Coast Guard forces.
