My submission for Walv!s’ Airlift Challenge. I present to you: The KC-26 Ares, it’s an airlifter (C) and a tanker (K). The controls are basic (roll,pitch,yaw etc...) but you have 4 Groups witch will activate: Cargo door, Release the Cargo, Refueling Probes and Lights. This is my first build interely designed by me with over 300 parts since I like to keep it simple, but I decided tongo all in for this challenge.. This is also my first ever transport/cargo plane so sometimes I took inspiration from other submissions and builds. My submissions contains: costum cockpit, costum cargo bay/door, costum wings and engines, costum landing gear, costum highly secret and private cargo, costum refueling probe pods etc... Next to Cargo it also has seats for 12 passengers, it has cameras for: the captain, first officer, passengers and cargo. Due to the large costum wings it has a lot of fuel sonit has a large range witch is vital for a good airlifter. Lore: Its a new generation Medium transporter with two engines to work besides airlifters such as: A400m, C-17, C-5 etc. Its more compact and smaller with a short landing and take-of range but it still has a large ferry range. My plan was to put an air-droppable vehicle into the cargo bay but I changed idea cuz thats doesn’t work so I finished my aircraft and put it in sub-assemblies and used it to Walv!s’ Airlift Challenge download so I hope that its a succesor to his post, if not Walv!s if you reading this can you please make this post a succesor to your post, I worked realy hard and long on this so I hope that it counts...
