F8F-2 Bearcat

1,566 UnicornPlanes  6.9 years ago

The last of Grumman's "Cat" fighters and the highest performance military prop ever made in mass. The Bearcat has a payload of 4 5' HVAR rockets, plus it can carry 3x boom 50's or 1x boom 50 and 2x boom 25's under the wings. It is incredibly manuverable for an american fighter, but succeeds at Boom n' Zoom too! All of this plane was original, save the tail wheel, which I took from my Hellcat. Flaps are on VTOL AG1 and tailhook is on VTOL AG2. Happy Flight!
