HISTORY
angThe M55 Semar is a main battle tank that was developed by the Indonesian Ministry of Defense in the late 1990s. It is based on the Russian T-72M1 and is equipped with a 125mm smoothbore gun,and a 12.7mm machine gun. The M55 has a top speed of 39 km/h and a range of 450 km. It is also equipped with advanced fire control and night vision systems. The M55 Semar is currently in service with the Indonesian Army and is used in a variety of roles, including infantry support, reconnaissance, and anti-tank operations.
