Compact - X100B
This new engine was built out of the same parts the Challenger V's powerplant used. However now they're alligned in an X shape. This is the closest I've yet got to beating the X56's power output, but it's more reliable and has better looks.
TIP: use VTOL to control the propeller pitch, VTOL UP(Not all the way!!) = thrust
Now combined with a very advanced 8 bladed variable pitch propeller this plane can reach 600 MPH in level flight. This is one of the best engines along with the X56 (Challenger V's engine) I've yet made.
Piston engine technology has now reached GEN 2!
Feel free to use these engines on your design!
-The right engine rotates clockwise
-The left engine rotates counter-clockwise
When mounting these engines I highly recommend mounting them with shocks, they will eliminate all problems caused by your plane's mass/size effects on the pistons.
