Correct. Because the aircraft was over Jamaica Bay when the stabilizer separated. Newton’s first law of motion states that an object in motion will tend to stay in motion, while the stabilizer fell into the bay (where it was later recovered as you can see on my original post where this is taken from), the aircraft itself continued forwards before entering a flat spin and impacting the neighborhood along the coast of the bay. You were talking about the aircraft itself, not the stabilizer. You specifically asked “why American Airlines Flight 587 crashed into a ground or water?” The grammar in that sentence is so terrible that either English is not your first language or you are way too young to be using this website.
The answer to your question is both. It crashed into both.

Do you even know what a conspiracy theory is? Judging by your username, I doubt it. So let me break it down for you.

Each part of an aircraft has a structural limit, a safety margin it can operate in. If it goes beyond that limit, it becomes subject to damage. That’s exactly what happened to 587, repeated and excessive use of the rudder was too much for the aircraft to handle, causing the entire vertical stabilizer assembly to separate, causing the aircraft to enter a violent flat spin in which the subsequent aerodynamic forces caused both engines to detach and the aircraft to crash into a residential neighborhood in Queens New York.

There’s no conspiracy, it was simply human error combined with an existing issue of weaker bolts on the A300 stabilizer base. To say that it was a conspiracy when the facts are laid out is quite frankly an insult to those who lost their lives.

Rarity. Normally not a fan of people reuploading this with detachers but just because you actually gave me credit, I’m gonna let it slide.
