An experimental STOL fighter aircraft developed from the lack of actual runways for jet aircraft, it would be able to use a form of thrust vectoring to point the thrust down allowing for quick take off and if need be quicker turns, though problems with the flexible ducting caused the project to get cancelled (VTOL slider for jet vectoring and activator 1 for parachutes)
