An aircraft that happened during attempted development of the fastest speedboat possible, although it wouldnt turn in water and had a hard time staying IN water, its lift,speed,and military possibilitys were phenominal and incorperated into its final desing. It has a hard time takeing off from water but with enough effort it is possible and does excellent air launch, although the lift controlls are inverted it is still possible to fly with relitive ease
