The Next Gen Fighter just got an upgrade! After much missile testing I decided to revisit this fighter and arm it, but realised due to it's low profile it couldn't be fitted with armaments under the wings. The aircraft has gone under the knife and is now suited and booted ready for war. This new model now has 6 sidewinder missiles (that actually wind with an adjustment to the thruster direction with no negative effects to the plane - you can catch the missiles up), 2 added fuel tanks (which can be converted to bombs if the detachers are assigned), a spoiler style rear wing with yaw controls (that really work), a new paint job and UV Protection windscreens. Due to the weight there is a possibility of it breaking under sustained hard manuevers during the first few minutes of flight, but this has only happened to me during flight tests in low graphics mode with all of the missiles attached. It is possible to land after damage without the rear controls as both roll and pitch are present at the front of the craft.
