Auto Credit Based on Bigman's Eagle Speedwagon

A quick fix to Bigman's Speedwagon. For a full description, go see his post. I fixed and lowered the suspension, added brake lights, and made it turn with grip modifications. Now, it won't flip when turning at high speeds. So, enjoy your 70's nostalgia, courtesy of the Bigman himself.

@Bigman someone on computer can go into the programming, and change the coding so that it lights up on brakes, throttle, or anything that can move a part. I can't do that, so I ask permission to use them from other builds. Then, I save it as a subassembly, and use them where required.
