A practical Mini Submarine.
Activation 1 to release the barge (or try and tow it if you like).
Activation 2 to turn on main engines.
Activation 3 and 4 to activate forward and rear sail planes (use forward most of the time).
Activations 5 and 6 to release torpedos.
Instructions:
Use the forward sail planes via VTOL to dive and rise.
Yaw control for left right (also steers torpedos).
Pitch control for rudder (up / down).
Roll control to level out sub.
She is also fitted with wheels mainly if she hits the bottom, but can also cruise on land (eg. get over an island or something).
If you want some extreme submarining, then fit an air intake to the barge, but be warned!

Now they need some way of seeing underwater. If they already have a bottom of the ocean it shouldn't be hard to make you able to see underwater with a blue tint or something would it?
