The Concorde's nose actually had the ability to change from a straight position to a "drooped" position for take-off and landing. If you take my original plane and press AG1 + VTOL Down and AG2 + VTOL Down, the nose will go to this position, just like it did in real life.
That is one dopey nose.

The nose goes down like that on taxi and on takeoff. The original does have nose droop like the real thing. Read the instructions.
