This is based on the late world war 2 German interceptor. The old meserchmitt komet could reach speeds of 500+ mph, bit had very short range. My version can go mach 2+ and has plenty of loiter time. Use the vtol for tightest turns. 2 to detach gear. DECALS FROM WALRUS AIRCRAFT. Optimum combat height of 30,000 feet. The comet was designed to intercept allied bombers at incredibly short ranges, and their speed allowed them to go virtually unnoticed. The Komet was a failure however, as their fuel was volatile, and more pilots died training in them than in actuall combat scenarios
