It's not perfect, but I figure you can adjust it. I took the front two nacelle sections off the front, then put two square intakes on the exposed nacelle face. I then buried two posts in the nacelles by shrinking the nacelles .5, putting the posts on top of the nacelles, then re-expanding to 1.75 to "bury" the posts. I was then able to hang a front nacelle section off the posts, expand from 1.25 to 1.75 and lengthen by .25 to close the gap. The same glitch that lets you "see@ through fuse pieces apparently works for the big intakes too. Your engines are way too powerful for realistic speeds. So i've included a modded engine (2x power, around 6,600 lbs of thrust) to swap for your original engines. Enjoy.

Black (misplaced intlets/no intlets)
One/two small inlets inside a fuslage (brown..small white end)
One/two/three small intlets in the open (maybe creamy (light brown) and some white tail)
And large ones will make it orange ...remember this isnt moddin and it is inaccurate too , just experience thru failed aircrafts lol
You can do that with different levels of intel air
@ChiChiWerx But its fine, i will do it as it is.
@ChiChiWerx U see how theres a bit of flare of flame coming out the engines? That its orange? I want it brown or kinda smoggy.
@Stampede unfortunately I've never modded engines to put out the long afterburner plumes...I would have to figure out XML modding to do that, and I haven't figured it out yet. I will look around to see if someone else has done what you want and perhaps bring it over, but that would take a little time. If it's any consolation, the IL-28 Beagle you're building did not have afterburners, so it never had the long exhaust plumes, but I'll try and figure it out if you still want me to...
@ChiChiWerx This is great, but can u maybe add some exhaust fume flares to the engines? I want it to look really soviet and so brown flares would be nice, i know u can dazzle me.
@Stampede here you go, think I figured it out a lot more quickly than anticipated.
