Jan 15, 2009:
Flight 1549 took off from New York’s LaGuardia Airport. As the the plane takes off, a flock of Canadian Geese fly directly into the engines, Captain Sully tried to restart both engines, but they wouldn’t start. Once it was clear that the engines had completely failed, Sully tries to turn around to go back to LaGuardia Airport, but they are losing altitude at an alarming rate, so he decides to ditch in the Hudson River. As they hit the water, all 155 passengers exit the aircraft safely. But many suffered of hypothermia, but everyone made it out alive.
