Sejarah Tu-2 Di Indonesia

Persisnya 1958, AURI membeli 12 pesawat Tupolev Tu-2 buatan Rusia namun dari China. 

Pesawat ini sedikit mempunyai kelebihan persenjataan, karena dilengkapi kanon kaliber 2 cm dibanding pesawat B-26 Invader yang hanya dipersenjatai senapan mesin 12,7 mm. 

Walaupun buatan Rusia, pesawat Tu-2 dibeli pemerintah Indonesia dari pemerintah China. Pengadaan pesawat jenis baru waktu itu dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan udara dan kemampuan operasi Skadron-1/Pembom Taktis yang sebelumnya hanya mengoperasikan 24 pesawat B-25 Mitchell.

History of Tu-2 on Indonesia

To be exact, in 1958, AURI purchased 12 Russian-made Tupolev Tu-2 planes but from China.

This aircraft has a bit of an advantage in weaponry, because it is equipped with a 2 cm caliber cannon compared to the B-26 Invader, which is only armed with a 12.7 mm machine gun. Although made in Russia, the Indonesian government bought the Tu-2 aircraft from the Chinese government.

The procurement of the new aircraft was intended to increase the air power and operational capabilities of Squadron-1 / Tactical Bombers, which previously operated only 24 B-25 Mitchell aircraft.

Craft Notes:

-Plane have stall speed under 100MPH
-pitch carefully(Trim down)
- maks speed around 135-150mph
-just when Takeoff it can reach 180mph
