Press one again when the little raft is away from you. Use yaw to steer and VTOL center to come up and VTOL up to level off. I recommend a maximum of 35% throttle unless you want a flying submarine. Use roll to correct the roll (not effective in steering) and pitch to correct the pitch (not very effective in diving). Press 2 for an emergency resurface. You will lose a lot of fuel and your diving capabilities. This is difficult to drive, but I've never been good at driving boats, so maybe it's just me. Have fun!
