I need this to rotate 15 degrees at 20% speed and it will rotate the wing upward no matter if you put the VTOL down not just UP

Hmm right now its not working ad the wings a bit to high. Could you make it work like the first rotater cause that once seems to work better but adjust it to 5 degrees? I would love it a lot!

There's no way that I know of to make it go up with both ends of the VTOL slider, but you can give it a range of 0 in one direction. Would that be good enough?
