The PLB-13 Armored Terrain Vehicle is a APC with a BMP turret originating in Kadahesh empire as a backup for the previous outdated APC plb-2 (coming soon) from 1959 the PLB 13 was a success in 1978 and had more variants including an ATGM which i’ll link also use VTOL to make the turret go up and down and roll to turn it (it also uses a changed zazeed SPG hull
