In a waterworld like simpleplanes one, coastguard need a seaplane!
Less simple to fly than the original version, it's a bit nose or tail heavy depending on speed - I belive it's an issue due to floaters drag and i was unable to fix.
Obviously take off and landing can done only in the sea.
A bit of XML editing only for the floaters supports (needing smaller parts than 0.5x0.5 section)
