This is my "water flapper". I made a boat, that moves using the "engine" of my ornithopter. It works kind of like a fish. It's not very fast now, but I will try to make it faster. Top speed: 80-100 mph?

So the first one acts like a water boatman (an aquatic insect from pons worldwide, along with its cousin, the backswimmer)
@DustyT33- I think the key to faster water speeds might be to put a flapper at the BOW of the craft. Putting one aft makes it go in reverse.
Oh, and horizontal flappers work just fine underwater. Most of our earlier designs function underwater.
