Stopwatch - Fully Functional
Hey all, Snow back here. To commemorate the release of 1.9.205, here’ s a revolutionary new build utilizing the latest update’s features. As is evident, this is the first functionally complete stopwatch, or chronograph, in SimplePlanes. Featuring intuitive controls and elegant design, this stopwatch is able to measure elapsed time with only two activation groups.
Included in the package is one stopwatch, attached to a cockpit. If you'd like this as subassembly, simply remove the cockpit and take the stopwatch.
Control Sequence
Buttons
- Group 7: Toggle Timer, Reset
- Group 8: Start/Stop, Reset Toggle
You may decide to change controls- to do this, go into the XML file and replace all AGs accordingly.
Upon loading the level, press AG7 to start the stopwatch.
To stop the timer, press AG8. This will enable the milliseconds dial as well, showing the elapsed time since the press of AG7.
To resume measuring time, press AG8 again.
To reset the timer, make sure that AG8 is enabled, and that AG7 is disabled. Stopwatch will quickly reset back to 0.
Max memory capacity is 60 seconds.
Each increment on the small dial represents 1/10th of a second.

Offers amazing functionality combined with a simple, elegant design, elaborated with details.

Simple but functionally very useful. I included many other details, like working buttons that press when you operate them. Pretty neat, hope you like it.

Greetings! I apologize in advance for possibly newbie question. How do i make a jet engine to work for a strictly limited time(0.5-10 seconds) after activation by certain conditions? I could possibly search the answer from your Funky Trees site, but it happens to be disabled by now. I am already know how to utilize ‘ammo(“MunitionName”)<x’ input, but I don't know how to make it work for a precisely limited amount of time of, let's say, 1.75 seconds and then deactivate/shut down after those 1.75 seconds of work. https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/1422450 Here's the link to the question on forum, respond there if you want.
