Yakovlev Yak-9U

Another real-life based aircraft following almost perfect statistics. A Normandie-Niemen Yak-9U with the VK-107 engine. Armed with the ShVAK 20mm nose-mounted cannon and the 12.7 UBS machine gun.

Along with all my other aircraft, it has trouble taking off but fine when in flight.
(If anyone has a solution, please tell me.)

HeyHatto you are right. Mirroring cause a gear problem so you have to change gear.

@ktoper74 My guess was an inbalance of drag on each of the wings, causing the autoroll and yaw on take-off.

I removed camouflage, changed gears and mirrored aircraft. Taking off problem solved.

I want to say. You built its wings with stalinium. While attacking a Catalina I turned sharply and my wingtip hit the float and the Catalina’s wing sheared off and tumbled to the ground. The yak-9u though all it did was spin out and after a bit recovered and flew Away to fight another day
