FG-Cougar-2 Full Start simulated
This is easily the most complicated aeroplane I have built in this game. I feel like I’ve put some really cool aeroplanes out already, but this one is by far the longest and most fun project yet. The Cougar two is an Air Combat fighter that does take some inspiration from the F/A 18, F/A 14 and the Eurofighter (i originally planned to use canard elevators but i didnt like how sensitive they were) Yes this is a completely original design. This project has taken about a week of non-stop work. It has a full simulated Starting procedure from 0% power all the way to a full on turbocharge afterburner with multiple conditional steps. Don’t worry, there are in game instructions. Something i learned how to do while i was busy with this project was the screen monitor system. It took a lot of fiddling but I’m really happy with the way it turned out and I think in future project you can expect this to be even more advanced. I didn’t use any downloadable mods because this was actually built on an iPad believe it or not. It was very tedious ha ha. For the engine I just used a couple Gizmos for aesthetic purposes And then using the nudge tool, I just used a simple jet engine indside. I would love to see if you guys have any suggestions or requests for the cougar three? And any suggestions for this aircraft specifically. You may be asking why there is a cougar || and no cougar | one? I’m going to upload the cougar one, but it has the old canard style elevators. I made it so that its just a simple AI friendly version so that you can set it up in a dog fight or something without having to do a full coldstart procedure. If you liked this airplane, a follow and an upbote would be really cool! Ok cool have fun :) ~ Frog
