History.
The SSNLS was a cruise missile which never operated with nuclear warheads as the aircraft's performance proved to be somewhat unstable, and it also has a very capricious guidance computer.
That's why it only operated with conventional plastic explosive warheads.
The design was the work of the AIS (Avanta Integrated Systems) consortium.
