You nailed the hull at your first time, mine is actually simple and plain, doesn't look good in short.

    Design-wise,
    • I liked the sharp hull, though, you can make the stern more rounded.

    Functionality-wise,
    • she rolls violently when you full traverse those 250mm guns either port or starboard (this may have been caused by the gyros' high speed and stability)

    • The VTOL engine is not a bad choice, but it she became unstable when moving forward (just maintain the engine, no need to change)

    My proposed corrections:
    • You can reduce those gyros from a full 250% to 100% to prevent her from rolling violently

    • Use those waterline fuselages as your main source of buoyancy. Put the buoyancy all the way to 100%

    • Put those fuselages below the waterline to 0% buoyancy, but make sure to leave those fuselages at the front end and the back end to 40%, she'll sit in the water just right. (Otherwise, she'll drown)

    • Still on the fuselages below the waterline. Put the fuel on 10% only each

    • Make all the fuselages above the waterline to a full 100% buoyancy (though, this might not help or anything whatsoever)

    • Add a structural wing on the stern of the ship, just put in inside the hull (above waterline) to maintain her stability upon moving forward. (Make the structural wing bigger)

After using your build for an hour, these are all the advice I can give you, they maintain the looks but they can provide better functionality and she leans slightly every turn (which I liked)

Good job! Keep it up and happy building 😇

make the hull wider too, it looks too thin and, don't use the same controls as the guns and steering, Dont expose the bottom part of the hull which is the red one when floating it
( not saying this in a harmful way)
    Goodluck bud!

Not bad for a first try! mine was worse..
Here's some advices I can give you.

Make the hull below the waterline a bit taller and add some propellers and a rudder at the stern.
You can use inlets to slant the bow of your ship too..
If you're building ships like these with complicated superstructures I require using some references.. And maybe use a larger scale when building ships if your device can handle it..
