So this is the result of some random experiment I cooked up in 2 hours or so.
It is just a prototype to prove the concept is working, maybe I will work on a more detailed craft like this in the future.
How To Fly:
Activate Group 2 and 3 and Set the throttle to max and move up the VTOL Slider for the rotors and watch the craft slowly lift up and settle at an altitude of 10-20 feet.
Note: if somehow the plane starts climbing outside of Ground Effect, just cut the throttle while keeping the slider up, the plane will slowly land on the water again
