This is a vtol transport that requires extreme finese to take off. First, increase throttle to minimum takeoff speen (50-60 percent) then, push vtol slider up to second notch. Press activation key one to start main foward engines. To land, deactivate foward engines, slide vtol slider to neutral, then reajust it as the dropship pitches (it tends to pitch down during landing) DO NOT disable RCN as this will make the ship unmaneuverable.
