You must make a aircraft capable of VTOL flight. Even though the name says helicopter, other hovering vehicles are acceptaple

Basic rules:
It must have between 50 and 1000 parts.
It must \NOT\ use non XML modding xml is allowed if you cannot xml, several people will do it for you
Must have at least one gun

/rubric/
50 pts- able to fly well
10 pts- it must be able to annihilate targets; 5 non gun weapons 1ec point per any extra ie. 6 non gun weapons is 11 pts, capped at 20 pts
10 pts- looks
10 pts- normal gun armament positioning
5 pts- air to air weapons
10 pts- realistic, no disconnected wings
5 pts- can defend itself
