Due to the other tornado interceptor being quite bad I've created a new one

Same controls as the original craft, except AG5 + VTOL down are pistons
Can withstand wind speeds of 200 MPH
Kinda goofy
To make the wind resistance stronger, go to the small plates under the pistons and increase dead weight
