This build was a combination of the American M3 Halftrack with the ZiS-41 Soviet Self Propelled Gun, modified with a 200mm artillery gun
Controls
VTOL to rotate the gun
Trim to move the gun up and down
Throttle to move the halftrack, I think you should already know
