Soooo I have a project involving building a glider. I decided to mess around with some ideas on SP (obviously fight characteristics aren't incredibly accurate but its just the simple idea). Here's one of the designs I'm considering.
Specifications
General Characteristics
- Successors 1 airplane(s)
- Created On iOS
- Wingspan 45.7ft (13.9m)
- Length 29.4ft (9.0m)
- Height 5.7ft (1.7m)
- Empty Weight 1,402lbs (636kg)
- Loaded Weight 1,402lbs (636kg)
Performance
- Wing Loading 4.8lbs/ft2 (23.4kg/m2)
- Wing Area 292.5ft2 (27.2m2)
- Drag Points 209

I also like this project too
We had similar projects at the university and I liked to take part in them. Of course, this was not always possible due to the load with tasks. I decided to buy an essay at writing service and it became much easier for me to control my time. Now I could quickly complete assignments for the teacher. And I had time to study the sciences and participate in new projects.
It's amazing!
I don't know if ur glider will work, but I'll keep trying!
Ok! :D
Absolutely! Thank you for asking. Just give credit please. @Tang0Down
Can i use this glider to see if I can make a missle powered glider?
And can I post it?? :D
Well if your willing to put in the time, there are some really nice glider plans (around the size your building) on a website called house of frog (go to a link called frog glider plans at the bottom of the page) I hope this helps, good luck! @AerodynamicallyConfused
Yes I am@Picklemaster
Hmmm, not much to work with... I'd recommend a 16 inch undecambered wing, an airfoil would just cause more drag than lift. Keep it light and make sure your CG is correct. I'm assuming your making this out of balsa? @AerodynamicallyConfused
Fuselage can't be longer than roughly a foot. Wingspan is 16 inches max.@Picklemaster
Balsa free flight glider? How big? I've made plenty of balsa gliders, I'd be happy to help. @AerodynamicallyConfused
No. It's going to be a balsa wood glider.@Picklemaster
Try making the wings longer and thinner. If you put the ailerons further out on the wing they'll be more effective. Also is this gonna be an rc glider?
No it's already a bit nose heavy. More weight would be bad @Viperfox
