Boeing 707-320F BRASAIR
BRASAIR or Bras-Air Transportes Aéreos was founded in 1990, by the Brazilian Express Holding LTDA group, owned by Ioannis Amerssonis and Marli Pasqualetto Amerssonis, but began operations only at the beginning of 1994, with authorization for non-scheduled cargo flights. Inaugurating its operations on the Guarulhos, Manaus route, the fleet in 1994 initially included two old Boeing 707-321C Hush Kit II. In 1995, the company added a B 707 to its fleet and operated flights with a leased Boeing 747, expanding its operations with routes from Miami to Rio de Janeiro and Campinas with a stopover in Manaus. In January 1996, the company suddenly suspended its operations, without much data available to explain the reason, as well as the resurgence of the company in the same year as BETA Cargo, or Brazilian Express – Transportes Aéreos LTDA, owned by the same partners.
